Catalyst AI Labs (a Partnership firm), having its registered office at No. 4, Ground Floor, Thimmaiah Road, Near Congress Committee, Bengaluru – 560001, Karnataka, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who access or use the Catalyst Genie website (https://www.catalystgenie.ai/) and application (collectively, the "Service").

This Policy currently addresses Users located in India; should the Service expand to other jurisdictions, this Policy will be updated to reflect applicable regional requirements (such as the GDPR or CCPA), as relevant.

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: name, email address, phone number, password, company/organisation name, and job title provided during registration.
  • Payment Information: billing name, billing address, and payment details necessary to process subscription payments. Full card/bank details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor(s) and are not stored on our servers.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact our support team, respond to surveys, or provide feedback.
  • User Content: any data, files, documents, or inputs you upload or generate while using the Service.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: pages visited, features used, clickstream data, session duration, timestamps, and interaction patterns within the Service.
  • Device and Log Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
  • Approximate Location Information: derived from your IP address, to the extent necessary for security, analytics, and compliance purposes.

  • Business Transfers: in connection with any merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets involving the Company, subject to equivalent confidentiality protections.
  • With Your Consent: with any other third party where you have provided explicit consent for such sharing.
